Identity
Confusion

With so many conflicting messages in society, it's easy to feel inadequate. REIGN helps teens discover who they truly are, and why it matters.

The Core Message

We want you to be REAL

R

Rare

You are one of a kind, unrepeatable and irreplaceable.

E

Esteemed

You carry inherent worth that no achievement or failure can take away.

A

Authentic

Your truest self is worth knowing, and worth showing the world.

L

Loved

You are loved not for what you do, but for who you are.

Who are you beyond the metrics?

Teens today are constantly evaluated: GPA, follower count, athletic performance, appearance. They're taught that what they do is who they are. REIGN challenges that lie with something deeper and more durable.

Research links social media overuse directly to depression, anxiety, poor sleep, and low self-esteem in teens, particularly because of relentless comparison to curated, unrealistic standards. The Identity Confusion seminar helps teens recognize this trap and find their footing on more solid ground.

Through reflection exercises, honest discussion, and evidence-based insights, we help teens discover their God-given identity, one that doesn't depend on performance, popularity, or perfection.
